This is a translation of two of Master Wong Honfan's books on Praying Mantis kung fu combined into one volume. The first book is Yan Qing Dan Dao, which is a description of a very popular Northern Shaolin saber routine. The second book describes a routine for the military big saber. The big saber was used extensively in the Second World War and made famous by the Big Saber brigades. This volume replaces Classical Shaolin Vol. III and Classical Shaolin Vol. IV.
