SHIPPING COSTS: When you order, in most cases, the books will be shipped to you directly from the printer. If you contact me before your order, I can give you an exact shipping cost. Otherwise, you may calculate the shipping costs with this formula:
Add $6.00 for the first item for shipping and handling and $3.00 for every additional item.
For orders from outside of the U.S.A., add $15.00 for the first item for shipping and handling and $3.00 for every additional item.
The printer will not ship to foreign P.O. Boxes. For addresses that the printer will not ship to, I have the books sent to me, and I ship them myself. This takes longer to get the books to you and the postage is more.
SHIPPING TIME: When the order is placed with the printer, it takes about 5 days to print the books. When the books are shipped, the time they take to get to you depends on the method of shipping that you choose. I normally have the books shipped via media mail, which takes about 1 week.
